7 Days of Seaweed - recipes to take you through an entire week! 

Monday: Start your week off in a healthy way with a Big Ol' fresh salad tossed with your favourite EVOO and SEA SPICE Original or Lemon (or both!)

Tuesday: Nothing screams Taco Tuesday like LEMON SEA SPICE CHICKPEA TACOS

Wednesdsay: CREAMY MUSHROOM SEA SPICE PASTA!
SNACK.. get over the mid-week afternoon hump with a 1/2 bag of UMAMI BUTTER PROTEIN PUFFS

Thursday: TOMATO TUNA OR TOFU SEA SPICE POKE BOWL

Friday: Celebrate the end of the week and make it spicy with SRIRACHA SEA SPICE Pizza, a bag of BBQ PROTEIN PUFFS and for a bonus snack some SEA SPICE Popcorn & movie time

Saturday: gotta be Brunch! SEA SPICE AVO TOAST and later a 1/2 bag of CHEDDAR PROTEIN PUFFS

Sunday: Sundays are for SEA SPICE SMASHED POTATOES WITH SAGE PESTO - so good for the soul.
